Cebu Seo Contest
There are many SEO or Search Engine Optimization Contests that are being sponsored by forums, internet-related websites, businesses and even bloggers. These sponsors guarantee rewarding prizes in exchange for top ranks in the Search Engine Results Page or SERP. One contest I spotted just recently was the “Pinoy Blogger: Cebu Seo Contest.” It is for Bloggers exclusivley residing in the Philippines. The keyword for the contest that should be optimized is Cebu Seo Contest. The title cleary explains it all. Local Bloggers should optimize the keyword and must rank on google’s search results page until the 8th of September 6:00pm, local time.
The Prizes are as follows:
1st Prize
- 700php cash delivered via courier
- 1 year free TLD (.com .net .org .info etc.)
- 1 year free hosting
- 500 Entrecard points
2nd Prize
- 500php cash delivered via courier

I am still on a search for the Holy Grail of SEO and this is a great opportunity for me to hone my skills. The great thing about optimization is that there are no secrets on how to go about it. Everything (well, almost) is an open book for you too look, observe and learn.

i am having difficulties with this contest, i think someone is trying to sabotage me and all… i had duplicate contents created by someone and God knows what else… anyhoo, it will be a lesson learned and will charge this to experience.
